CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

Thinking about the best service, Inglês Dave Alves values the total satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, these Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policies were prepared based on the Consumer Protection Code.

Acquisition of Our Plans and/or Services 

The CONTRACTING PARTY is understood to be the individual or legal entity that registers and/or purchases a service and/or plan on our website. By purchasing plans and/or services on our website, the CONTRACTING PARTY will be automatically agreeing to all the conditions expressed both in ourTerms of Use and Serviceand in the *Terms and Conditions Form specific to each plan/service offered by Inglês Dave Alves, on which the CONTRACTING PARTY declares to have full clarification and agreement when filling in their data, checking the acceptance and understanding boxes in each of the sections and send us.

The CONTRACTING PARTY will also agree with our Privacy Policies.

Right of Repentance

 

The CONTRACTING PARTY reserves the right to regret and give up the acquisition of a service and/or plan within 7 (seven) business days from the date of acquisition, and may formally request by e-mail, or by any other means in the which the purchase request has occurred, the return of the full amount paid. However, if the CONTRACTING PARTY has taken advantage of the contracted plan and/or service, it shall reimburse Inglês Dave Alves in the amount proportionally corresponding to the period of time that the CONTRACTING PARTY has enjoyed the purchased service/plan, this amount being 20% (TWENTY PERCENT) OF TOTAL AMOUNT, IF NOT EXCEEDED HALF OF THE SERVICE PROVISION PERIOD, OR FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF HALF OF THE SERVICE PROVISION PERIOD HAS PASSED, as compensation for the administrative and operational costs involved with the planning and execution of the service.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must, at the time of purchase, verify all the general characteristics, contents and resources offered, and schedule all the services purchased.

In case of abandonment or cancellation of plans and/or services purchased under special conditions, there will be no refund of amounts paid.

Cancellation

For cancellation of services and/or plans in progress, that is, those cancellations not communicated within a period of 7 (seven) calendar days for repentance and withdrawal, the CONTRACTING PARTY must make the request with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from in advance of the next payment.

The CONTRACTING PARTY must formalize the order by email to the addressalvesdave@gmail.com, and must honor the monthly fee for the current month, being able to normally enjoy the service/plan contracted until the end of this period.

In cases of advance payment of monthly fees, only the amounts that have not yet been debited by the period will be returned, considering the minimum period in advance of the request in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

Amounts prior to the request date are not refundable.

Under no circumstances will the “locking” or temporary suspension of the services and/or plans purchased be accepted. In cases where the CONTRACTING PARTY can no longer continue to enjoy the plan or service, it must request the cancellation of the plan or service, if desired, in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

If the CONTRACTING PARTY does not attend classes, Inglês Dave Alves reserves the right not to refund any amount previously paid.

Cancellation requests will be analyzed individually, taking into account the service/plan purchased, budget, payment method, reason for request and the status of the service and/or plan contracted.

Thus, if the CONTRACTING PARTY is entitled to a refund, Inglês Dave Alves will forward the information and procedures for the refund.

For cases not provided for in these Policies, we ask that you contact us by email to negotiate the fairest alternative for both parties, always seeking complete transparency and everyone's satisfaction.

Change of Plans

 

For analysis regarding the exchange of plans, it is necessary that the plan is current and open, that is, classes and services not scheduled and payment completed.

 

Exchange of Services

For analyzes regarding the exchange of services, it is necessary that the provision of the referred service has not started until the moment of the request. You may exchange for another service of equal or lesser value than the one purchased, or it will be necessary to complement the difference in price in cases of exchange for services of greater value.

Reimbursement

Under no circumstances will the request for refund of amounts invested due to withdrawal outside the terms established in these Policies be accepted.

Once the guidelines set out here are respected:

- For payments made via bank deposit, transfer or bank slip, reimbursement must occur within a period of up to 20 (twenty) calendar days, counted from the date of the refund request, exclusively in a bank account whose holder is the same that purchased/contracted the service/plan;

- For payments made via credit card on our website, the refund of the amounts must occur within a period of up to 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date of the refund request, and the amount refunded may take up to 60 (sixty) days to appear on the invoice, depending on the closing date of the invoice by the credit card operator used in the purchase;

- For payments made via PIX on our website, reimbursement must occur within a period of up to 10 (ten) calendar days, counted from the date of request for reimbursement, exclusively in a bank account whose holder is the same that purchased/contracted the service/ plan.
